Solak left Vulcan to join Starfleet following in the famous if not borderline rebellious steps of T'pol and Spock.

I am both casual and competitive. OOCLY I want to rank him through the mechanics to admiral. ICLY he is here to do his duty.
15.) What are strengths, weakness, and flaws in this character’s personality?
Strength, weakness and flaw are all his adherence to the principles of Kolinar. He struggles daily to be as Vulcan as he can be though he finds emotion worthy of study and understanding.
