Good Evening,
I did most of my trouble hunting of my password issues at work. Tonight when I sat down, I ran into issues about unable to log into STO in general, but able to log into the STO forum Boards. So I am still currently down and at the mercy of the Cryptic Technical Support Teams.
I've sent my ticket in but now I'm stuck waiting for response. I'm so frustration with this crap.

Once you get your account back, I'd suggest going ahead and merging with a Perfect World account.
from what I can tell, Perfect World support is tons better. People have reported response times measured in hours, maybe a day or two. Cryptic response times are measured in days, weeks, sometimes months.
