Yeah, Hann got this same 'legendary' service from support on his issue some time ago, it seems this is one of the undocumented benefits we now enjoy with Cryptic and the game catalog being sold to Perfect World. The gift that keeps giving...yaaaay... Believe it or not, PWE's support actually IS better than what Cryptic Atari used to provide. Two weeks is still a long time (inexcusably long), but it is better than two months or never hearing a response at all.

I do not recall providing a comparison.
-looks again and still does not see a comparison.-
I merely stated our current 'legendary' service level as an undocumented 'benefit' of Perfect World's acquisition, but thank you for letting us know is was and certainly could be worse.
