Seb gave the suit one last look, sighed and gave a shake of his head before mounting himself into it. "Can't believe you got me into something like this..."
He switches his power over from dormant and readjusts the levels, allowing his weapons to charge. He switches over to the internal private channel. "I blame you for this you know. Had you just wrecked everything when you rebelled against the project we wouldn't need to be doing this again."

Decia chuckled sweetly over the internal coms "How in the name of the Son am I to blame?"
"you have always been the more rebellious of the two of us, or are you snarling to yourself over Aquarious once more?"

Therese shakes her head a few times as she observes the two bickering
"I will send the teleportation and transportation inhibitor ideas to the commander and stingray while you test those things"
With that she adds some more details to the document before sending it to the two mentioned individuals.
To: Commander Shantal Arnimane CC: Lieutenant JG Val Stingray Targeted Temporal subspace dispersion beam. (Ship MDD modification, Targeted beam) Man portable temporal subspace scrambler field. (Ground equipment, Reserve. Area burst.)- Effect.
- Scrambles the targeted subspace area trough a time distortion of +/-5 minutes.
- Any particle entering subspace will come out at targeted destination, but not at expected time, each particle is scrambled separately.
- Disables (Safe) transporter locks.
- Purpose.
- Preventing the targeted ESPER from teleportation.
- Preventing emergency extraction transportation of the target.
- Disabling the targets subspace communications.
- Side effects.
- Disabling own subspace that passes nearby the scrambled field.
- Preventing own transporter target locks within 20 meter radius of the beam center, alternatively 300 meters radius from the area scrambler.
- Slight chronoton radiation, MDD beam: Chronoton radiation if within 15m of the target. Target will be chronton polarized.
- Chronoton radiation, Area burst: Chronoton radiation if inside the effected area, Chronoton radiation is generally not dangerous to humanoids. Recommended to not be within the area burst for more then one hour.
- Chronotons has a tendency to make transporter patterns behave strangely. Be sure to take extra preconditions and full locks of targets (No quick lock on). Do not transport anyone with to high chronoton signature.
- Rendering targets (Intended and accidental) vulnerable to exploitation of states inflicted on them.
- If raining, Causes a wider spread of side effects
- If the target area has a high level of gamma radiation, Radiation poisoning will occur quicker as a result of the radioactive atoms will have their half life reduced even further.
- An ESPer with a precognitive ability might have that ability being less reliable, or even reacting to outcomes that was of a different outcome of a timeline.
- Strong Telepathic beings may have a similar effect as specified in IX. But with emotions that where of alternative event horizon outcome.
- Measurement of time in conventional ways might be effected slightly within the targeted area ( About 2 seconds of error within an hours time )
- Risks.
- Failure to remember to use alternate communication systems and relying on subspace causing vital communications to be lost. [Major (In a situation of stress and combat, people tend to do what they are used to, not what they are told to)]
- Stressed use of transporter in emergency situation for evacuation within effected area causing molecular temporal dispersion of transported target. [Major (Stress factor and knowledge of people being lethally wounded can cause things to slip memory for a split second. Can be reduced by installing additional safety protocols.)]
- Own assets chronoton polarized, Needs to be treated on location and not transported back to ship. [Mid (Possible, but not that dangerous in of itself if handled properly)]
- The ESPer tries to teleport regardless of any warnings given by safety equipment, thinking this can be compensated for, Resulting in death by molecylar temporal dispersion [Minor ( I do not think he is that stupid )]
- Failure to operate the tech. leading to various outcomes of various severity [Mid ( Largest risk is with the ground based area burst, as in case of casualties of trained operator, an untrained operator might panic and try to use it. On the ship that event should be less likely, and there are more safeties in place)]
- Third part involvement that has not been informed of the operational orders nor the security regulations of this operation. [Mid (Should be covered at a higher level of operational risk assessment as it is not unique to this)]
- Allies of the ESper tries to transport our assets that has been exposed to chronoton radiation for to long, Causing them to die by temporal dispersion. [Mid ( We should hopefully not have our people effected by this to that degree. There should be appropriate transporter securities to prevent transporter kidnappings in accordance with SOP for this kind of operations)]
- Technical error, Various sorts. [Mid (This is all theoretical prototypes, While I have full faith in the voodoo crew and the science behind this, the risk shall not be ignored)]
- The ESper is able to destroy the ground based unit prior to the arrival of the Sentinel [Mid ( By adding extra protection to them I believe the engineer crew can make them sturdier, at the cost of mobility, If possible backup could be made, if such they should be linked so that one knows if the other is active, and both are not active at once for a prolonged time)
- ESPer being able to teleport others, not just himself (Both material and persons) thus being able to use this against us [Low-mid ( While the prospect of this is of course a major risk, there are two unrelated arguments lowering this:
First : it should (In theory) be a suicide move to do, as the command to do so still needs to originate from within the ESPer. However, due to no data exist of the ESPer can do this to begin with nor any proper data of how the ESper would do it to base this projection on, it is a very general projection. Second: If the ESPer has this ability, there is nothing preventing them from using it to teleport someone far in to the sky, half inside a building, under ground, or activating a grenade or other device when not intended to thus already effectively using said power very effectively against us with our without these devices. as such the prospect of such a power being in possession by the ESPer has to be evaluated at a higher operational risk analysis level) - Temporal displacement [Low (unlikely that is happens Even if it happens, as long as the people knows to not do anything stupid and wait for extraction, it should cause no issues, the major risk is if it happens to someone in combat that does not realize what has happen nor can distinguish friend, foe and neutral and continues fighting)]
- Overloading the MDD [Minor (While it is possible, I believe we have enough security systems in place to detect it, and even if it happens our engineers should be able to handle it without to major issues)]
- Allies of the ESPer tries to emergency evacuate it with a transporter. Causing molecular temporal dispersion of the ESPer [Minor (The do not seem that incompetent)]
- ESPer escapes the target lock and can escape. [Low (With the new sensor we got, this nearly requires exterior attacks on the sentinel herself, or that the new sensor stops working and we need to rely on the backup, where our reliability drops significantly)]
- ESPer has allies in space that engages the Sentinel, Preventing or disrupting the lock and the engagement on the ground takes over an hour, alternatively the ground device is not activated, Resulting in the ESPer can teleport and transport (Unless polarized). [Low (With the redundancy of the ground burst there is a backup plan, the probability of a space attack on the sentinel has to be taken a stance to at a higher level operational risk assessment)]
- Use of Anti-chronoton weapons, Causing chronton/anti-chronoton reactions. [Low (Unlikely, if such happens it should be sufficient if the ground commander has a contingency plan for taking said weapons out of actions. Such a weapon is as great danger to us to them, so would only be used in extreme desperation)]
- The ESPer has access to a very advanced temporal transporter, allowing it to be transported out of the field without issues [Very Low ( Temporal transporters is highly prototype in this day and age, the kind that is capable of doing this is not invented yet to my knowledge. However due to the resourcefulness this entity has showed, I decided to mention it)]
- Presence of beings that lives outside of linear time on the targeted area that is injured or killed by chronoton radiation. [Very low (So few of these exists, They are however very sensitive to chronotons.)
- Cascade chronoton chain reaction in contact with a large nuclear explosion causing subspace rifts and temporal displacements [Very low (Has to be written in accordance with the 1% rule due to the severity of it, even if the possibility is highly unlikely that anyone use nuclear weapons or similar devices that causes massive uncontrolled atomic chain reactions by spiting of radioactive atoms. If this happens, The victims are likely dead by the shock wave, heat, blast or radiation poisoning then the subsequent temporal subspace rift.)
- Other notes.
- The ground portable area burst is a reserve device only to be used if the target is suspected of trying to escape before the sentinel can be in position to use the beam, or if the beam fails.
- I have not been able to gain a coherent result on how this would effect a telepath in details, my recommendation is they stay away from engaging in melee combat while the beam is active.
- With the new sensors we gotten, it should be possible to have 99% secure lock (Up from 72%) on the ESPer from that a lock is established, according to tests, the tests where done on a high eighties accurate calculation however. When the ESPer are polarized, the targeting accuracy should be 100% in all but exceptional external circumstances.
- The ground device must be returned to the sentinel after use and be destroyed or dismantled and secured.
- Complexity.
- Medium complexity of the science behind it, I believe it is the same complexity to actually engineer it, I however am not, nor have ever been an engineer. A lot of this has been tested and used separately and for separate purposes, all of this has been tested in some way or form before, Just probably never like this, nor together.

"Column A though C."
He takes a step forward, moves the arms up and down and around, then begins moving forward at a canter. "Does the response seem sluggish to you?"
He makes a few more exaggerated motions to test the units mobility. "Doesn't feel right."

Decia smirked some as she watched him, walking over to him with such ease she may have been gliding.
"It does take a degree of adjustment in lieu of our past experiences...." She nodded. "This time we are more in control of the machine and not sharing control with the machine..."
Her tone becomes a bit more patient and instructive. "Now remember to compensate for the muscle delay and find your balance...try shifting your right foot forward just a little.."
She smiles. "And do not get impatient, and over exaggerate your motions...you will find control and operation is very much like a dance..."
