"Begin Log."
------------------------------------------------------ PERSONAL LOG NAME: Vorath Son of Braxus RANK: Lieutenant Commander POSITION: Chief Tactical Officer and Head of Security, U.S.S. Endeavour NCC-97004
I have been tasked with leading a recon mission to a space-station believed to be controlled by The Order, a militaristic religious faction that holds almost a totalitarian control over this whole galaxy.
We know very little about this Order, the politics of this region, their tactical capabilities, and why this Order is interfering with our Galaxy. This mission is of utmost importance to the Endeavour's continued operations in this galaxy.
For this mission, stealth is the key to success. I have chosen to rely on the skills and capabilities of the ship's M.A.C.O. contingent. I have worked with MACOs in the past many times, their training and skill for missions of this type are second to none, even Starfleet. I have consulted the commander of the MACOs, Captain Moore, and she agrees that this mission has the highest chance for success with her team involved.
A small team is ideal for an operation such as this. I have placed Captain Moore in command of the ground team, she has assigned 2 of her top MACO troopers for the ground portion of this operation. She has also requested that Doctor Bell and an a Starfleet Engineer familiar with Alien technology and skill with universal computer interfaces. Lieutenant Commander T'Pang denied the request for Doctor Bell, she does not wish to risk the ship's only Doctor on this dangerous mission. Our Chief Engineer, Lieutenant Commander Chen, has decided to join the team herself due to her extensive engineering expertise.
I have been given command of Endeavour's Aquarius-class escort for this mission. It is small yet powerful for a ship it's size, it should suit our needs well. Engineering has installed a small cloaking device and it is being fully integrated at this moment. I have not operated under a cloak in many years, not since before the war. It will be.... disconcerting.
End Log.

Works for me. Dunno if I'll be able to make it 100% of the time, though. well, theres not much else we can do. I was hoping for a little earlier then the one stated, but 6pm PST (9pm EST) was the earliest you said you can make it. If we go any later, the class would have to be cut short every time. my cutoff is 10pm EST. i may be able to squeez an extra 10 to 15mins here and there depending on my wife, but thats unpredictable and we cant base our plans on conjecture.

ok. looks like Thursdays are going to be the day.
Aidan said 6pm PST... thats 9pm EST. i have to get off at 10pm EST so that gives us about an hour maybe a little more if my wife feels generous.
How does that sound to everyone?
Thursdays at 9pm EST

My immediate thought on Vorath's case actually, is lets give the kid some Command School training and stick him in as Joy's XO. Other candidates about for that position as well... regardless, we shall see how it's going... I'm so excited about this whole ordeal that I'm actually rather sick to my stomach about it. we deffinetly could do that, Joy. We'll see how it unfolds. And also, you SHOULD be ultra excited! like i told you the other night, you CAN do this... and you WILL be awesome at it! Congrats! ;D

Do to a recent Real Life change at work (promotion and schedule change), mondays will no longer be good for me after March 5th. I can still guest star periodicaly, but i wont be able to make it on a regular basis after the 5th.
This may force me to move Vorath to this new sunday group. What position he would take, idk.
Also, i would love to jump on the Ayanami, but the RP times are just too late for me.

You've been added.
Welcome and I hope you have fun.
--------------------------
We need 2 more players before we can start the class. Once we get the minimum of 5 students, we can then setup the classes times and days.

We've got 2 students enrolled already, we still need at least 3 more. Anyone else interested in this? We cant start without atleast 5 students. This is open Fleetwide and any Fleet member can participate, so just becasue you are on a different ship doesnt mean you can join in on the fun.

You know, ive been thinking...
The first thing we should do is relaunch the Valiant back with Ethan and M'row. We should do this before all others.
Now, after we do that and if we're still looking for people to open up a new ship, I would like to submit Lt. Cmdr Vorath and a new Defiant-Class. Small Tactical ship with a small crew much as the Valiant is for Engineering. We could do another weekday ship for her, say like thursday night, or fridays early evening.
After that, we could do the same and open up a small Science ship.
We have alot of large ships, it would be nice to expand the fleet with several smaller ships to help round us out.
Thoughts?
