The player is the person controling the character, the Character is the entity being role-played BY the player.
3.) What is Meta-gaming?
The blurring of the IC/OOC divide and use of OOC knowledge that would normally be unavailable by a character being used for an IC advantage. Bad Karma.
4.) What are Action Brackets?
*Shrugs* "Why don't you tell me?" *Chuckles softly, holding his hands up* "No, I kid. Action Brackets are used to signify in character actions, rather than speech. An Emote, if you will."
5.) How long have you been playing Star Trek Online?
Since Beta, although I quit because I had trouble finding a Roleplay Fleet. I came back a week ago.

A creative mind, with willingness to play a well defined and integral part to any RP you choose to include me in.

11.) What difficulty do you typically play Star Trek Online on?
Advanced, Though I am not a fan of ground combat, even on 'Novice'. I die a lot to swordmasters. I am confident I can play the space game on Elite, however.

2.) Character gender?
Male
3.) Character race?
Human (OOCly Alien, for trait choices)
4.) Is your character a telepath?

9.) What type of Commission does this character have?
I've always been a bit hazy about military/navy terms and ranks, so I'm not really sure what the meaning of Commission is in this context.
I imagine he would likely be a Lt. Commander?
10.) Desired ship type?
Consitution class, later moving to Olympic Class.

from what I understand, fleet supply is a list of all ships in or out of use.

15.) What are strengths, weakness, and flaws in this character’s personality?
Wayman displays a good ammount of willpower and conviction, as well as a good mind, but pressure tends to make him nervous. To this end he is quite paranoid, and experiences mild Xenophobia towards non Federation alien species.
This also makes him tend to appear shy.
He can perform in a combat situation, but he is not likely to exhibit a strong air of superiority or command, and may slip up.
