Your real lives suck. And Liz/Talia/Kitty, don't worry about Saturday/Sunday. I'll take care of the crews. (well.... depends how the RP goes for Saturday, but yeah). Take care of yourself

Well, I've just discovered that the Saturday game will probably involve a lot more beating people up instead of trying to talk to them, considering the highest Negotiations available on the Adagio crew after Talia is... 20.
Don't let it bother you, things will probably work out fine; John should be able to lead the mission while you're gone. We'll miss you, but RL takes priority.

I am sure certain members of the crew can use talents besides negotiation or beating people to get the info....if you get my meaning.

Money is always a viable option for mercenaries. I can't speak for the others though

That was actually a comment on how surprised I was to see that aside from Talias amazing Negotiations, we've only got one other crew member who has ANY points in it... and that's Xaelei, with 20.

That's probably because it's not really learned until Command School, and most of us don't really need it for normal duty. It's not like the helmsman or security officer spend much time negotiating peace treaties.
