I believe The Chorus was once defeated by a being in a Sentinel episode.
Interesting to note the beings discussed and not. Darkness is not certain if this all is ironic, successful subtly or simply failure to convey on our part...

I thought that Sentinel's guardian slowed down Chorus, but didn't defeat him.

Hehe twice now, Seb is officially 0 and 2 Only 0-2? It's three strikes and you're out in the ol' ball game. Yeah. That's usually how it goes. Though that #2 was certainly a cheap shot.

I'm gonna say Decia would win every time due to the super power of "dat ass" as in even if Seb was winning Decia would look hot for a second and Seb would invariably think "dat ass" and get lost for a second giving her time to kapow him or something.
Pilgrim, he blew up Pretty much a solar system to make that nebula turneda bunch of people to ghosts and even in weakened form influenced the entire nebula and transmuted matter across the galaxy in the form of tarot cards.
Right now m5 she's got the experience. Future Ada because she could potentially be a new Borg with a whole collective of networked host bodies.

I don't think Ada would be able to properly manage the rogue branch of Salvation in the long-term... since she's basically an AI "child", she's impulsive. When you combine that with her cruelty, she'd probably go way overboard. M5 was successful because it manipulated people into going along with the plan. I don't think Ada could do that... she'd just go psycho immediately.

I was giving the Seb/Decia battle some thought and came up with this:
Seb's tenacious if anything. Unless he dies, there is going to be a perpetual battle for supremacy. No matter how many times Seb loses, he's going to continue to fight until he dominates her, no matter how long it takes. She would literally need to kill him, or be the victor in any previous fight before his death to technically be claimed the complete victor.
As they said in the Little Giants:
They may beat you 99 times out of 100, but that still leaves... one time.

Um I am not a really big sports fan Seb, Sooooo I might get this wrong. I am not sure though that a sports player or a team can call a 1 win and 99 loss season a 'Dominating One'. Even if it was the last game of a hundred games that you won

Seb: "I hate to see you leave But I love to watch you go." Decia: "Don't make me hurt you Ensign."

Depends on the context, really.
And in the face of overwhelming odds, a single win shows it can be done. Regardless if it's an overwhelmingly positive season, it's not a perfect one, and the perfect season is what is striven for. To take away a perfect season is a lot more damaging than to simply be beaten repeatedly.
Seb's not super human. Aside from having romulan blood in him, his ability stems from a large focus on training, building himself physically, luck and several other factors. He isn't a simple brute, he thinks tactically and that bleeds over into other aspects of his life (as Decia mentioned in one of the recent short stories). The reason he loses to Decia is because she's exactly the same kind of person as far as developing her abilities, except her own additional factors are different and they play a part, it tends to give her the Advantage.
As for the fights. The first one Seb paid for dearly for not taking as seriously as he should have. His ego for having been at the top of the hill for so long could be said to have played a part. Decia doesn't fuck around and ended that real quick. As a result, he came to the conclusion that he'd need to be pretty much ready to kill her in order really go toe to toe, something he's not really ready to do because he's distracted by conflicting emotions about her. He's been trying to push her away to stabilize that enough he could have a real contest with her, which seems to be resulting in the opposite effect. Which leads us to the second "fight". It wasn't actually a fight, it probably lasted 3 seconds and completely shut Seb down.
Anyhow, given the current situation, Decia will likely always win the contest unless the paradigm between the two changes. She simply has more weapons at her disposal and Seb's sort of predictable on how he acts. Subtle isn't really a word that describes him.
