Billie Jo was never by any means out of shape. However, since Morgan had started providing her with additional self defense training she had upped her game with respects to physical fitness training. She regularly did a lot more cardiovascular exercises and exercises designed to increase muscle tone. While she wasn't quite going full on delta forces PT training, she was willing to bet she was likely one of the most physically fit medical officers in starfleet. Part of her regular work out included hitting the heavy bag. The reasons had as much to do with stress relief as it did with physical training. There was something about punching that bag repeatedly that she found to be a terrific way to let off steam.
She was alone in the Sentinel's gym at the moment working on the heavy bag. Not that she would have noticed if there was another person present, as she was quite focused on punishing the bag for some imagined crime it had committed against her. To any skilled eye it would be noted that her form was quite good, not perfect, but she was obviously no beginner at it. Sweat poured from her body as she assaulted the bag.

"Wow Doc," said the voice behind her. "You're hitting that thing like it owes you latinum."
Behind her was Victor Springfield in his workout outfit, a medicine ball in one hand and a jug of water in the other. He sat down on a bench, fixing his shoes before starting his workout. It was baseball season, after all, and he needed to hone his skills.

The voice behind her startled Billie Jo. She snapped her head around and looked in Vic's direction. "Dammit Victor, don't sneak up on people like that." she spit the words out between breathless pants. She gave the man a visual once over as she moved over to a nearby table and grabbed a drink container. She took a long draw from the bottle, "So you here to work out?" she said with a pleasant smile, "You know your smoking just makes it so your not getting adequate oxygen to your blood. It is juts counter productive."
