[DGM NOTE- This is for the wounded of the Sentinel, aboard ship and in the Dra'gh Mining Colony Hospital]
K'Rika tossed and turned as the soothing tone pursued her even in her sleep, the sedatives making it hard to ward off the dreams, the promises, the tease of a better world..of a happier life. The allure of the unearthly accepting tone...the loving maternal beckon..
"Come home K'Rika....come back into the shadows...accept in your heart what you know to be true....help bring their lights into the all embracing comfort of the dark"
The lovely crimson eyes followed her to wherever in her mind she tried to flee. She ran and ran...feeling the terrible pain that she was to endure over and over from the Tzenkethi blaster that ripped her apart. She curled up into a corner of her mind, the on place she felt unending pain....never ending terror...the box...
...it was her only retreat...to return to her transdimensional prison and her Cheribian tormentors in an effort to do anything to flee from those eyes...the haunting warmth of the dark....She screamed and screamed..
...She screamed and bolted upright, only to be grabbed.
"Easy Child!" Barked a Klingon nurse. "You are safe...we have you..."
K'Rika whimpered some and her black on black eyes searched the simple spartan hospital room. "Bille Jo!" she said as tears fell from her.
"I will find this Billie Jo...." The nurse said as soothing as any Klingon could, "Do not despair..you are stronger...now fight control yourself."
K'Rika turned and looked at the older Klingon woman and reached out and hugged onto her for dear life despite the pain of her injuries.
The Nurse held her tightly "Find this poor creatures "Bille Jo". " She said to a fellow nurse, who nodded and took to find whomever this may be.
"Ssssh now you have been brave..be so for just a little bit longer...your BIllie Jo is coming..." The nurse said hoping to Kahless this Billie Jo was not amongst the brave crew's many dead.
