TO: Rear Admiral Susan Compton / Executive Officer, 22nd Mobile Fleet Daedalus Omega FROM: Lieutenant Junior Grade Ezri Ali Tegan, Chief Science Officer, U.S.S. Protector NCC-95312 CC: Lieutenant Commander Tiberius Asada, Commanding Officer, U.S.S. Protector NCC-95312; Lieutenant Commander Desiree Clerie, Executive Officer, U.S.S. Protector NCC-95312; Dr. Stephanie Rendino, Administrator, Project Magellan SUBJECT: Sabotage Threat!1! STARDATE: 96692.77
Admiral,
I am sending you this memo to alert you to a possible new threat. I have experienced several console failures of a dubious nature. Not being able to determine a more reasonable explanation I can only conclude that it is quite possibly temporal agents, minions of the Dark, or possibly lizard men from some parallel universe attempting to sabotage my work for some unknown reason.
I will continue to investigate the matter and I will keep you informed about any information I uncover. But, it my hope that perhaps you could organize a special task force to look into this matter. I am forwarding copies of my notes on the matter including my notes on the temporal cold war and the lizard men.
You should use caution, now that you are read in on this you may become a target as well..
Good bye and good luck
Lieutenant JG Ezri Tegan

Blink...
Susan slowly blinked again and after a moment looked around her PADD across her desk and over at Fleet Captain van der Lareen and Captain Luger, who she she was to meet with before they and her staff assistant had begun the meeting with this...
Luger made a face somewhat and shrugged a little...
Susan's eye twitched...and she returned her gaze to re-read just...one...phrase...
"...or possibly lizard men from some parallel universe..." she intoned utter amazement still initially taking hold over this.
Luger looked to his left at VDL and smirked and then looked back to Susan with a dry chuckle offering..
"Well that would explain a lot about the things we are hearing right..I mean to tell you Susan...back in my day...we would take those pesky Lizards down to the maintenance shops and.." He chuckled some at he seemed to be recalling some form of distant memory..
"break out the plasma torches and spanners..and show em what a real tune up was..if ya catch my drift there Susan..I remember one time...I think it was with old Burnsy and Hondo..."
Susan closed her eyes and snapped up a single finger to stop that thought dead in its tracks. Luger shrugged again and sighed and looked over to VDL and gave her a look as if to say 'can you believe that'
The Admiral took a very deep breath and handed the PADD back to her assistant. Not looking at her she smirked a cold smirk.
"Peter...be a doll...and send a fleet command memo to Captain Asada and one Commander Clerie and ask them for all current data pertaining to this Lieutenant's on going investigation into this very matter..."
"I need to see all current data, notes and files so i can become up to speed on this threat...I would also love their own personal takes to be included as well."
Peter winced and nodnoded. "Yes Admiral...."
Susan noded "Good boy..now off to work..." She shooed him out...
She smirked and looked back to the other two.
"Wow.....now where were we on the repairs to the K'Tangor and the Tallahassee?"

"Oh poor little Ezri..."
Stephanie slowly put down the PADD on her desk and sat back with a bit of a soft grunt as her old frame eased into the seat. "Has this been...." She asked though not looking up and across her desk.
"Delivered....oh baby yes..." Came the answer with some graveyard amusement to its tone.
"And has The Admiral...."
"Seen it? oooooh yeah..." Came a similar intoned response. "You betcha..."
Stephanie looked up at her daughter as she sat on the edge of her desk across from her. "Please tell me that you didn't..."
"Put the kid up to this one?" Liz shook her head and waved her head hands dismissively "Nope! No no no, this one sooo isn't me...it's creative though..."
Stephanie looks back down at the PADD on her desk and sighed again. "Poor thing...Poor Poor thing..." She looked up at Liz "Do you think it...."
"Will garner a response...ooooh yeah...." Liz smirked and nodded to her mother. "You can bet the bank on that Mommsie.."
The older woman's eyes returned to the PADD again..
"Oh poor little Ezri..."

Famke's cold eyes meet with Lugers, stoically keeping what ever feelings she had to herself until Luger began actually talking.
She slowly leaned forward to place her elbow on the meeting table and rest her forehead in her palm while she idly stirred her tea, After seven precise clockwise turns, six counter clockwise and then further seven more clockwise her tea was stirred, leaving her to 'enjoy' the calming effect of the beverage as the admiral made the preparations to subtly punish the command team who could not even keep their officer in check.
"Ma'am? Are you still quite certain on the topic of not prohibiting vessels with names starting on 'P' from the fleet?"
Not lingering on the topic the Dutch woman straightened her back to a proper posture and once more returned her eyes to her PADDs to continue the actual meeting.
"Currently we hold an strategical shortage on the..."
