Half Human/Vulcanoid but raised human on Earth
4.) Is your character a telepath? (Alien telepathic characters are subjected to DGM approval)
No (At least not trained or awakened, open to it if GM thinks it helps their game)
5.) Select a fleet entry level rank. New players must start at Ensign (if an Officer), or Crewman or Petty Officer, Second Class (if Enlisted). Returning players may discuss options with a DGM.
Lietenant - Reason, the concept is a long term starfleet veteren and once higher ranked, that's screwed up their career a few times, was busted down but has skills and can still be a value. Trying to turn around their career realizing, you can't be a screw up your whole life, and maybe might have had a death wish for a coupld of decades. Think, combat veteren dealing with some stuff

Basic - Did very well in the academy, not scores, but ability. On first assignment was nearly killed, and lost someone special to them in the process. Been on edge since, pushing themselve, their craft, and their commanders at times. Work hard, play harder type who spent a lot of years as a test pilot because they are better working by themselves. Ego+3

Kira Su Daniels, Lieutenant Starfleet, is a Tactical officer and former Attack Fighter and Test Pilot. Records indicate she is a pilot of significant skill and tactical prowess, she has been subject to a number of disciplinary actions which have caused a lack of upward mobility in her career. She is known in certain circles and recorded in Starfleet records as using the callsign "Sparks"
Raised in San Fran, dad worked on starship design at the Fleet yards, mom was mom till mom left to do refugee work and never returned. A lot more human than vulcanoid.
