No its not, its been steady for a few years now. We have consistency and use a Stardate Calendar Generator.
Our time is linear now and has been for a few seasons. No time year leaps with the seasons, hasn't been for the last two seasons now.
But it is in no way 'screwed up' -_-
Just because you are confused sweetie does not mean the time line is.

I know that the MOTD for the fleet when you log in lists a stardate, not sure if that is kept up to date or not. It does also list we are in Season 11.

the MOTD is only updated periodically. For me for stardates I use the current date (month and day) and time and attach the current IC year (in our case 2420) and use the stardate calculator linked in the wiki to calculate a stardate. Example: 6/12/2016 15:26 would be 6/12/2420 15:26 or stardate 93605.44. 22ndmobile.wikia.com/wiki/Stardate_Chart

An addendum, because the TrekGuide site has gone over capacity a few times: You can save a copy of the webpage (for my browser at least this is right click, save as) and then load it as a .htm file in your browser to use offline. I placed a bookmark to the .htm file on my toolbar for easy access.

Didn't it use to be a 2:1 ratio for RL time? Then eventually we moved to a 1:1, iirc.

Didn't it use to be a 2:1 ratio for RL time? Then eventually we moved to a 1:1, iirc. There had been a period of time where two weeks elapsed between each episode, but that's no longer the case. It generally tracks real time, but with plenty of flexibility to account for travel time, time dilation, etc. Basically, each ship takes as long as they need and then "syncs up" for group events. One good example happened recently. Before the new Sentinel launched, the Sentinel was a couple months (I believe) behind the Adagio and Pilgrim. There was a "time skip" that brought it up to current day. Each ship has its own pacing which is periodically synced with the other ships.
